A street address is not required to make an informatnion or availability Request, but we may require City, State/Province/Territory, Country, and Zip/Postal Code information so we can acuratly match users with jewelers and diamond retailers and they, in turn, can provide users with exact costs in relation to tax liability and shipping.

The personal information that is submitted in a FETCH will not be shared with any persons or companies outside of active, other authorized jewelers and diamond retailers of this service. Each has agreed and is bound to the Terms & Conditions Agreement and any infractions on this agreement will result in termination of their service. Jewelers and diamond retailers are required to keep personal information confidential. DiamondFetch.com reserves the right to collect and store data and statistics about users, jewelers and diamond retailers of this service. This data will be used for research and development purposes only. Diamond Fetch (A COMsource, Inc. Company) does also reserve the right to discuss this information with third parties for purposes of site optimization. Diamond Fetch will not disclose any personal information to third parties, such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address or any other data, which may personally identify users, jewelers or diamond retailers.
